Flatta Wilanów is a boutique development of seven two-storey urban villas on Jerzego Beniamina Flatta Street, on the edge of Miasteczko Wilanów. Each villa holds just two single-level apartments — 14 homes in total, roughly 113 to 135 m², each with four rooms and a private terrace. The buildings sit on a green slope, and the access road runs lower down in a cutting, so cars stay out of sight of the gardens.
