The project
A 170-metre tower in the branded residence format
Roma Tower is a planned residential tower by BBI Development at the corner of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka streets in Śródmieście. It is set to rise 170 m, with 48 floors above ground and 6 below, and 357 ultra-luxury apartments in a branded-residence format.
The Italian studio Pininfarina is designing the common-area interiors and the apartment finish options; the architecture is by Juvenes-Projekt (Jacek Świderski). Two recreational floors for residents are planned halfway up the tower.
It is the first residential project in Poland to receive Fitwel 3★ certification, along with two Best in Building Health Awards 2026. The investors are BBI Development S.A., Liebrecht & wooD and AKIPIA.
What branded residence means
A residential building co-designed by a brand from outside property development. At Roma Tower, that brand is Pininfarina. The developer will describe the services for residents at the premiere.
