Bulwary Praskie IJKL to nowy etap dużego osiedla Mennicy Polskiej nad samą Wisłą, przy ul. Jagiellońskiej na warszawskiej Pradze-Północ. W tym etapie powstaje czternaście budynków (I1–I3, J1–J4, K1–K3, L1–L4) z garażami podziemnymi i usługami w parterach – od kameralnych, kilkupiętrowych domów po budynek I1 z kilkunastoma kondygnacjami. Budowa ruszyła w lutym 2026 r., a zakończenie etapu deweloper planuje na III kwartał 2028 r.

W ofercie są mieszkania od kawalerek po duże lokale 4- i 5-pokojowe – od ok. 30 do ponad 200 m², z balkonami, loggiami, tarasami, a na parterze także z ogródkami. Lokale są sprzedawane w stanie deweloperskim; za dopłatą deweloper przygotuje wykończenie pod klucz w swoim programie aranżacji wnętrz. Wyższe piętra budynków od strony rzeki mają widok na Wisłę i panoramę centrum Warszawy.
