Rumiankowe Zacisze

Rumiankowe Zacisze is a development of 32 terraced houses being built by MK Construction in Stara Wieś (Nadarzyn municipality), south-west of Warsaw. To the north it borders the Las Młochowski forest, and the S8 expressway junction is approx. 4 km from the houses — about 20 minutes' drive to southern Warsaw. The houses have approx. 119–141 m² of usable floor area, an integral garage and a private garden; plots range from approx. 163 m² for mid-terrace houses to approx. 350 m² for end-of-terrace houses.

Each house has a ground floor with a living room open to the kitchen and access to the garden, and an upper floor with three or four rooms. Above it is an insulated non-habitable attic (approx. 40–50 m², four roof windows, utilities in place) that can be fitted out, e.g. as a laundry room, walk-in wardrobe or home office; the attic is not included in the usable floor area.

Standard features: gas heating, air-conditioning pre-installation, alarm system and fibre-optic internet. There are no monthly service charges on the estate, and each house comes with two parking spaces — in the heated garage and in front of the house.

Construction started in September 2025 and is proceeding in phases: according to the developer's construction log from June 2026, buildings 1 and 2 are in the final finishing stage, buildings 3 and 4 are having installations and finishing works done, and the remaining buildings are at the shell stage. Nearby are shops, a pharmacy, parcel lockers, nurseries and schools in Stara Wieś, Łazy and Nadarzyn; Janki shopping centre and IKEA are approx. 16 km away.
