Osiedle Alabastrowa

Osiedle Alabastrowa is a boutique development by MK Construction on Alabastrowa Street in Łazy (Lesznowola municipality), just beyond Warsaw's southern border. It comprises 44 terraced houses of approx. 89 to 144 m², each with an integral garage and a private garden. Plots range from approx. 146 m² for mid-terrace houses to over 500 m² for end-of-terrace houses.

The houses have two storeys: an open-plan living room with kitchen and large glazing on the ground floor and, depending on the type, two to four rooms upstairs — in the largest layout, a bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Standard features include a heat pump with underfloor heating, solar panels and air conditioning, while double party walls and extra insulation improve acoustic and thermal comfort.
