What mortgage do I need for an apartment costing 1 250 000 zł?
With a 20% down payment (250 000 zł) the loan is about 1 000 000 zł; with 10% down (125 000 zł) — about 1 125 000 zł. The monthly instalment depends on the interest rate, loan term and your creditworthiness — we will calculate it during a free consultation.
How much down payment do I need?
Banks usually require at least 20% of the price, or 10% with low-down-payment insurance. At 1 250 000 zł that is 250 000 zł or 125 000 zł. Add notary and court fees and a possible bank fee; buying from a developer, you pay no PCC tax (VAT is included in the price).
