Krakowska Vita is a Develia development at Aleja Krakowska 279 in Włochy (the Raków area, right next to Ochota), about 6 km from central Warsaw. The project consists of two terraced buildings of 4–6 storeys with 264 flats in total. Phase I has already been built; phase II is on sale, with completion planned by the developer for Q3 2027.
Available flats have 2–4 rooms and from about 38 to 94 m², with a ceiling height of 2.7 m. Depending on the floor, each flat has a balcony or garden, and a few have large rooftop terraces. The flats are sold in developer standard (stan deweloperski), i.e. without finishing.
Green leisure areas and playgrounds are planned between the buildings, with a garage underneath, plus bike rooms and pram rooms. The estate has solar panels and rainwater retention for watering the greenery.
A bus stop is about 3 minutes on foot, a tram stop about 6 minutes, and SKM trains are nearby. Szczęśliwicki Park is less than a kilometre away, with Marek Kotański Park and Forty Korotyńskiego Park also close.
