Viva Cité is a boutique Develia development on Podgrodzie Street in Chrzanów (Bemowo, Warsaw). It is being built in two phases of two four-storey buildings each – around 200 flats in total, with 1 to 5 rooms and from about 25 to 135 m².

There are also two-level flats and flats with a mezzanine. The developer plans to complete both phases in Q3 2027.

The flats are sold in developer standard (stan deweloperski), i.e. without finishing. Each has a garden, balcony or terrace, and comes with the Appartme smart-home system – for example remote temperature control, lights switching off automatically when you leave and shutting off water and electricity.

The buildings surround two green courtyards: one with a rain garden, the other with a leisure area and two playgrounds. Staircases and corridors are designed in a bright, elegant style.

A bus stop is about 3 minutes on foot, a primary school about 7 minutes, and the Chrzanów metro station (under construction) about 15 minutes. Fort Chrzanów, Glinianki Sznajdra and Górczewska Park are close by.
