M Bemowo is a multi-phase Develia development in Warsaw's Bemowo district. Phase IV on Szeligowska Street is now on sale – a building with about 196 flats of 1 to 5 rooms (about 28–144 m²), a few minutes' walk from the Chrzanów metro station under construction. The developer plans to complete construction in Q3 2027.

The flats still available are mostly two-room units of about 42–46 m² – a good choice for a single person, a couple or as a rental investment. They are sold in developer standard (stan deweloperski), i.e. without finishing, and have balconies, gardens or terraces.

The estate will have green relaxation areas and a playground, an underground garage, a pram room and bike storage, as well as solar panels and EV chargers.
