Twins Podolszyn is a small development of four semi-detached houses at ul. Polna 118 in Podolszyn (Lesznowola municipality), just beyond Warsaw's southern border. Two buildings are split into four independent houses, each with its own entrance, a built-in garage and a garden of 348 to 404 m².
Plots range from 558.5 to 644.5 m². Central Warsaw is about 17 km away, Chopin Airport about 8.6 km, and the stop for bus lines 715 and 815 is about 500 m from the houses.
Each house has 149.04 m² in total: about 123 m² of living space plus a 26 m² garage. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette (about 26.5 m²) opening onto the garden, a separate study, a bathroom, a pantry and a boiler room.
